Unique to this paper cutting machine is that the movement of the cutter is controlled by a differential circuit in the hydraulic system. This provides extra efficiency, as it saves you an enormous amount of time you would otherwise use for cutting. The two cylinders run perfectly as they are steered automatically.
We have designed and developed the HRSM 40T paper cutting machine in such a way that it offers protection in all relevant areas. This includes the two-stage pump of the hydraulic unit, which is protected against overload. The roll cutter is also shielded on both sides by tubes with rubber rings. We have also designed protective fencing as a safety option.
You can operate our horizontal roll cutter very easily by means of a PLC control. There is a two-hand push button on the front panel of the control box. This guarantees optimum safety, as the cutter cannot be operated with one hand.
In the unlikely event that something untoward should happen, you can press the emergency stop button. This ensures the cutter returns to the top and the paper cutting machine immediately switches off. Another great feature is that the machine does not need special foundation facilities and you can easily adjust the cutter to height using adjustable feet.
